Shipping policy

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We produce in Bali. Once your order is successfully submitted, your package will be wrapped with love and send out to you the next business day. Please note that it may occur that your order delivery can be delayed due to COVID-19.

Estimated delivery times

Europe: 5-8 working days

USA, Hawaii and Canada: 8-10 working days

Japan and other countries: 5-8 working days

Bali: 1 working day

Indonesia: 3-5 working days

The price for shipping will be automatically calculated in your shopping basket, after you entered your address. 

Returns 

Our product can be returned within 10 days after receiving your package. 

The product(s) should be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Return authorization should be approved via email. We do not accept refunds on sale items unless faulty. 

Please email babyjuno.basics@gmail.com prior to sending your item(s) back for a return authorization. Any shipping charges for size exchanges are at your own expense. 

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form for postage. Baby Juno Basics will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return.  

International deliveries

For purchase outside of Indonesia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. 

Please make sure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. 

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries. If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Baby Juno Basics.
